Returns
We accept returns within 30 days of delivery for eligible non-personalized items.
To qualify for a return, items must be unused, in their original condition and packaging, and accompanied by proof of purchase.

Personalized & Custom Items
Because each personalized item is made specifically for you, customized products are non-returnable unless they arrive damaged, defective, or incorrect.
Please double-check all personalization details before placing your order.
Damaged, Defective, or Incorrect Orders
Please inspect your order upon arrival. If your item arrives damaged, defective, or incorrect, contact us as soon as possible at Info@customframesco.com so we can make it right.
Exchanges
If you would like a different item, the fastest option is to place a new order once your approved return has been processed.
Refunds
Once your return is received and inspected, we’ll notify you regarding approval of your refund.
Approved refunds will be issued to your original payment method within 10 business days. Please note that processing times may vary depending on your bank or credit card provider.

European Union 14-Day Cooling Off Period
